End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “Customer”, “Licensee”) and LoadNPlay (“Licensor”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
This Agreement governs the installation, use, access, and distribution of software products developed and distributed by LoadNPlay, including but not limited to:
Floating Contact Menu Ultimate
ReviewFlow
Future software products, plugins, applications, and digital tools
By installing, downloading, activating, or using any LoadNPlay software product, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not install or use the software.
Subject to compliance with this Agreement, LoadNPlay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software.
The scope of use depends on the license purchased.
Examples may include:
Single Site License
Multiple Site License
Agency License
Lifetime License
Specific license limitations are described on the product purchase page.
The software is licensed, not sold.
All rights, title, and interest in the software remain the exclusive property of LoadNPlay.
This Agreement does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.
You may:
Install and use the software according to your license type.
Use the software for personal or commercial websites.
Create backups for legitimate use.
Receive updates while your license remains active.
Receive support if included with your license.
You may not:
Redistribute the software.
Resell the software as your own product.
Sub-license the software.
Share license keys with unauthorized users.
Remove copyright notices.
Claim ownership of the software.
Use the software for unlawful activities.
Circumvent licensing or activation mechanisms.
You may modify the software for your own personal or business use unless otherwise specified.
However:
Modified versions remain subject to this Agreement.
LoadNPlay is not obligated to provide support for modified versions.
Modified versions may not be redistributed.
Active licenses may include:
Software updates
Security updates
Feature enhancements
Compatibility updates
LoadNPlay reserves the right to modify, improve, replace, or discontinue features at any time.
Support availability depends on the purchased license.
Support may include:
Installation assistance
Configuration guidance
Bug investigation
General product questions
Support does not include:
Custom development
Third-party plugin conflicts
Custom integrations
Website administration services
Some products may include or interact with third-party open-source software.
Such components remain subject to their respective licenses.
Nothing in this Agreement overrides those licenses.
Violation of this Agreement may result in:
License suspension
License termination
Revocation of update access
Revocation of support access
without refund.
The software is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoadNPlay disclaims all warranties, including:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Continuous availability
Error-free operation
Users are responsible for maintaining backups and testing software before deployment.
Under no circumstances shall LoadNPlay be liable for:
Loss of data
Business interruption
Loss of profits
Revenue loss
Indirect damages
Consequential damages
Special damages
arising from the installation, use, or inability to use the software.
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.
LoadNPlay may terminate this Agreement immediately if:
License terms are violated.
Fraudulent activity is detected.
Unauthorized redistribution occurs.
License abuse is identified.
Upon termination:
All rights granted under this Agreement cease immediately.
The user must stop using the software.
License keys may be deactivated.
Licenses may not be transferred, assigned, sold, or shared without prior written permission from LoadNPlay.
Any references to future features, planned functionality, roadmaps, or product concepts are provided for informational purposes only.
LoadNPlay does not guarantee that future features will be implemented.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Greece and applicable European Union legislation.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece.
LoadNPlay reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.
Updated versions will be published on our website.
Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
